KaashtKart Agri Input Vendor Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: You must hold valid licenses under applicable Indian laws and be engaged in agri-input business.

2. Product Quality: All listed products must comply with BIS, FCO, or relevant standards. Banned/adulterated products are strictly prohibited.

3. Pricing & Taxes: MRP must be displayed on all products. GST invoicing is mandatory for registered vendors. Price manipulation will lead to suspension.

4. License Compliance: You are responsible for maintaining valid, current licenses. Lapsed licenses must be reported immediately.

5. Order Fulfillment: Orders must be dispatched within the committed timeframe. Repeated delays may result in account penalties.

6. Returns & Refunds: Defective or wrong products must be accepted back at vendor's cost as per KaashtKart policy.

7. Payment: Payments settled per agreed cycle after platform fee deductions and applicable taxes.

8. Data Privacy: Your registered info may be used for verification, compliance, and platform operations.

9. Termination: KaashtKart may terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud, or failure to maintain regulatory compliance.

10. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India.
