How do I track my order?
You can track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section. Click on the specific order to see real-time tracking updates. You'll also receive email notifications with tracking links once your order ships.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for most products. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, go to your orders page and click "Return Item". Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
How can I sell my products on KaashtKart?
If you're a Farmer Producer Organization (FPO) or individual farmer, you can register as a seller on our platform. Visit our "Become a Seller" page, fill out the application form, and our team will contact you within 48 hours with next steps.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.
How do I reset my password?
Click on "Login" and then "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
Do you deliver to my area?
We currently deliver to most cities in Uttar Pradesh and are expanding rapidly. Enter your pincode on the product page to check delivery availability in your area. You can also check our full delivery network on our "Delivery Areas" page.
